12. Satisfaction Guarantee

We want you to be happy with your purchase. That’s why we offer a Satisfaction Guarantee for first-time auto-shipment orders.

Here’s how it works:

  • If you’re not satisfied, return the product within 90 days of receiving it

  • You’ll get a full refund, minus the return shipping cost

  • Refunds go back to the same payment method used for the order

Please note:

  • You can only claim this guarantee once per product

  • If you claim a refund for a product and later buy it again, the guarantee will not apply again

If your order doesn’t qualify for the Satisfaction Guarantee, it will follow our Standard Return Policy, which is also available on our website.

13. Standard Return Policy
